For more than 20 years, Teresa guided both established and emerging companies through business transactions and securities law matters. Teresa brought a well-rounded perspective having worked at global law firms and with in-house legal departments.

Prior to law school, Teresa was a corporate and securities paralegal for 15+ years at Perkins Coie, Attachmate Corporation and Univar Inc. She knew she wanted to work on business deals and decided to become a lawyer. Following law school, she worked at two international law firms in Seattle and ran her own firm for more than five years before joining Socius Law.

OUTSIDE THE OFFICE

Teresa hails from Kentucky. After a post-undergraduate trip to the Pacific Northwest, she fell in love with the Seattle area and chose to call the Emerald City home. She and her husband enjoy traveling and sharing stories from their adventures.
