Adam brings 15+ years of experience advising small and medium-sized companies involved in complex business disputes and in real estate litigation.

Adam enjoys working with business owners to solve problems that arise in their business. He has an extensive background helping clients through litigation involving breaches of contract, landlord-tenant disputes, non-compete agreements and competition claims, shareholder disputes, breaches of fiduciary duty, and other issues facing businesses.

Adam also works with property owners, financial institutions, and title companies to resolve real property disputes. He has successfully litigated disputes over boundary lines, easements, lien and deed of trust priority, fraud, scrivener’s errors, and other common title defects.

Adam is skilled in the courtroom, winning trials and motions and getting results for his clients. He is also skilled in the mediation room, negotiating favorable settlements for his clients. 

Having represented parties on all sides of the table, Adam brings a well-rounded perspective and is equipped to ask the right questions and develop the best strategy to meet the clients’ objectives in the litigation.

Adam recently finished serving as the firm’s Managing Member from 2018 through 2020 and on the firm’s Executive Committee from 2016 through 2020.
