I’m committed to helping people understand not only what the law requires, but why it matters and how it affects their decisions going forward. My goal is always to resolve issues in the way that best fits the client, whether through negotiation, motion practice, or trial.

Meghan brings a clear and level‑headed approach to disputes that can feel overwhelming for clients. She handles matters across the full range of litigation, from discovery and motions practice to oral argument and trial support.
She is known for translating dense legal issues into valuable guidance.

Meghan's legal experience is rooted in medical malpractice, products liability, and tort litigation. She has experience conducting legal research, managing discovery, drafting and arguing motions, and supporting negotiation and trial efforts. She enjoys working through complex legal issues and helping clients build thoughtful, effective litigation strategies. Her litigation experience and background in economics provide a strong foundation for addressing diverse legal challenges and developing practical solutions.

Clients appreciate her responsiveness, consistency, and ability to set clear expectations about both process and potential outcomes. Whether drafting demand letters, complaints, or answers, preparing clients and experts for deposition, or pursuing early resolutions through mediation or strategic motion practice, she focuses on efficiency without sacrificing quality.

Meghan sees litigation as deeply personal and prioritizes being a steady presence who genuinely cares about what people are experiencing. She believes that strong relationships are at the center of effective legal service. By getting to know her clients and the pressures they are facing, she supports them through each step of the process and creates an environment where they feel comfortable turning to her with any questions or concerns.
