My number one priority is to help clients get deals done in an efficient and pragmatic way.

Nathan advises clients in the purchase, sale, development, leasing, and financing of real estate assets ranging in value from $1M to $1B. He appreciates that every property is different and enjoys seeing the positive impact his clients have on shaping our communities.

Clients value Nathan’s broad base of experience with deals of all sizes, along with his down-to-earth business-oriented approach. He understands what really matters to clients and helps them get deals done efficiently and pragmatically.

Nathan’s specialties include the purchase, sale, and development of office, retail, industrial, multifamily, and condominium projects. He also has considerable expertise in real estate finance, including construction loans, permanent debt, and equity financing.

Nathan’s clients rely on his experience in office, retail, and industrial lease negotiations, where he has represented landlords and tenants in leases ranging from 1,000 to 700,000 square feet.

He is also skilled in the structuring, development, and sale of all types of common interest communities, including high-rise residential condominiums, townhomes, plat communities, and mixed-use commercial condominium developments.

Before his work in real estate, Nathan developed a background in general corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, public company financing, venture capital, and corporate governance. He has worked at two large global law firms, where he worked on corporate matters ranging from initial public offerings, corporate finance, and M&A transactions.
