Office Coordinator / Records Clerk
Position Summary:
Coordinate operations of front and back office facilities, support the Executive Committee by carrying out tasks and managing projects which are necessary for the smooth operation of the firm, support attorneys/paralegals on special projects, and support the accounting manager with filing and miscellaneous tasks.
Qualifications:
• Two years or more of relevant administrative/law firm experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Greet clients, answer phones, and conference room set up.
• Daily kitchen set up and clean up; stocking of food/drinks/condiments.
• Manage office inventory and order supplies.
• Coordinate IT support as needed.
• Support the Executive Committee by carrying out administrative tasks and office logistic responsibilities.
• Communicate and coordinate with vendors.
• Make recommendations to the Executive Committee on vendor contracts as appropriate.
• Help coordinate firm community service initiatives.
• Coordinate firm events and meetings.
• Create and maintain calendar of important firm dates including vendor renewals, firm holidays, and firm event planning.
• Process all incoming and outgoing mail, process of service.
• Update and maintain firm contacts and mailing list.
• Manage, organize, and maintain firm documents in Clio.
• Assist accounting manager with file organization.
• Continuously seek and implement improvements to the overall office operations.

Ideal candidates for this position will have experience working in an administrative and/or office setting. This is an in-office position based in downtown Seattle.
