Socius Law Group is seeking a receptionist/marketing coordinator/office assistant. Reception duties include light phones, greeting clients and guests, managing conference room details, mail distribution and kitchen maintenance. Marketing duties include website upkeep, interfacing with graphic and web designers, creating, updating and maintaining marketing materials for publication, maintaining e-mail blast lists and content and maintaining brand standards. General office duties include assisting legal assistants and attorneys in document production, filing and miscellaneous tasks. Requirements include professional appearance and demeanor, excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy, organizational skills and computer proficiency in MS Office products and Adobe Standard/Pro. Experience with Power Point, Adobe Illustrator and ProLaw a plus. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
