Socius Law Group seeks a senior-level associate or partner-level attorney to join its commercial real estate and business practice.  This is a unique opportunity to join an established robust practice that will be transitioned in the coming years as part of the firm’s succession plan.

We are looking for an attorney with experience managing complex commercial real property transactions as well as non-real property equity, asset purchase and sale transactions, and corporate governance. This practice group currently works as a hybrid practice; however, attorneys whose practices focus on either commercial real estate or business transactional law are encouraged to apply.

Socius Law Group is seeking an associate attorney with two to three years of civil litigation experience to help support a thriving commercial, real estate, and employment practices.

Socius Law Group is expanding its established and successful estate planning and business practices.    This is a unique opportunity for an attorney with a full or partial book of business to build their practice and enable our senior estate planning and business attorneys to transition their practices in the coming years. 

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of excellent client service, and experience assisting clients with business planning, and planning for large and complex estates, including lifetime planning and post-death estate administration.  This practice group currently works as a hybrid practice; however, attorneys whose practices focus either in estate planning, probate or business law are encouraged to apply.
