Socius is proud to partner with Ben Towne Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation in its goal to cure pediatric cancer. Agros InternationalAgros International
Agros International is an organization that empowers individuals in Central America and Mexico by building and developing economically sustainable communities. By providing loans, land, training, leadership development and more, Agros is able to end the cycle of poverty for many families. Socius Law Group attorneys are involved in the ongoing support and sponsorship of two Agros International villages in Mexico.

Bainbridge Island Children’s MuseumBainbridge Island Children’s Museum
The Kid’s Discovery Museum on Bainbridge Island is committed to helping children learn and grow through hands-on activities and programs. The Museum’s goal is to provide exceptional exhibits, programs and opportunities in an effort to “blur the line between learning and playing.” Socius Law Group continues to support the Kid’s Discovery Museum through pro bono work.

Food LifelineFood Lifeline
Food Lifeline is a non-profit organization dedicated to ending hunger in Western Washington. Last year, Food Lifeline secured more than 24 million pounds of food - the equivalent of nearly 19 million meals - to feed hungry families and individuals. Socius Law Group lawyers and staff volunteer together at Food Lifeline’s Shoreline warehouse to help repackage food to provide meals for the 675,000 hungry people in Western Washington who are served through a network of nearly 300 emergency feeding programs including food banks, hot meal programs and shelters.

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research CenterFred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center

Housing Justice ProjectHousing Justice Project
The Housing Justice Project (HJP) is a program of the King County Bar Association that provides counseling and court representation to low-income residential tenants facing imminent foreclosure. The goal of HJP is to prevent homelessness by preserving landlord-tenant relationships. Socius attorneys have provided hundreds of hours of pro bono legal services to tenants through HJP since the program’s inception over ten years ago.

Jubilee Womens CenterJubilee Womens Center
The mission of Jubilee women’s center is “To provide women a safe and supportive place to live and an opportunity to learn while becoming self-reliant in housing and employment.” Jubilee provides support to homeless women while giving them an environment in which to heal and grow. Socius attorneys support Jubilee by providing pro bono legal services.

LEEDLEED
The U.S. Green Building Council established the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System as a means of defining and promoting “green building” design. LEED accredited professionals are individuals recognized for their knowledge of the LEED rating system. Socius Law Group offers the opportunity to work with one of the few LEED Accredited attorneys in the state of Washington.

Queen Anne HelplineQueen Anne Helpline
The Queen Anne Helpline is a compassionate organization dedicated to helping individuals in several Seattle neighborhoods who are experiencing personal crisis. Among the many programs QA Helpline offers, Socius participates annually in the Adopt-a-Family program. By adopting several families, Socius helps give parents and children a joyous holiday.

Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer FoundationSusan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation
Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation is an organization dedicated to ending breast cancer through research and education. For the past several years Socius Law Group has joined the fight against breast cancer by participating in the Puget Sound Race for the Cure. With the help of family, friends and clients, Socius has repeatedly ranked amond the top ten corporate fundraisers in the Puget Sound Race for the Cure.
